The TV Girl All-Star Traveling Band, a California-based indie pop group that took TikTok by storm this year with a series of viral hits, landed at New Haven’s Toad’s Place on the 14th stop of its U.S. tour. The band started with a mock Mountain Dew endorsement, and built the crowd to a fever pitch with a climactic closing rendition of its streaming sensation ​“Lovers Rock.”
